Accuracy
The calculators implement standard financial formulas and are tested, but results depend entirely on the assumptions you enter. Real agreements include fees, insurance requirements, variable rates, rounding conventions and early-repayment charges that a general calculator cannot know about. Always check the figures against the documents your lender or employer gives you.
